Tragedy in Portsmouth: Woman Dies After Falling from Third-Floor Flat

A 40-year-old woman has died after falling from a third-floor window in Portsmouth this morning.

The incident occurred around 9.40am on Sunday, February 12, at Clarendon House on Clarendon Road, Southsea. Emergency services quickly rushed the woman to Southampton General Hospital, but sadly she later died from her injuries.

Police Launch Probe, Seek Witnesses

Officers have opened an investigation into the fall and are urging anyone with information to come forward. Witnesses can contact police on 101, quoting Operation Tone.

Detectives clarified they are not currently linking this incident to a similar fall in Salisbury Street, Southampton, which happened on Saturday, February 11.
