Mum pays tribute to Son after he took his own life
An Isle of Wight mum has release a tribute to her beautiful son who was found in Saturday. Sam Pritchard, who lived Cowes, had been battling with trying to overcome depression. His body was found by Police on Gurnard beach on Saturday on the Island Friends have offered overwhelming support to the family following Sam death. Sam’s mother, Dawn Thistlewood, said: “Sam was the most caring and beautiful, person you could meet he had a sensitive soul and perfect in every way.” “Sam never got over the loss of his father,who passed after a heart attack four years. “He wanted to be with his father and he’ll now be at peace as he will be with him ,” Dawn said. “Sam really struggled with his mental health. It really affected him deeply. “He wanted to change the world and make it a better place wanted it to be a better place continued Dawn. I have not heard anyone say a bad word about him” “I am a mum and it shouldn’t be me having to bury my son. “My life has a deep hole in it It’s going take me time to come to terms with this I a strong person and know that I can get through this.” A go fund me fundraising page to help Sam’s funeral costs has already received around £6,000 in donations after being started by a family friend.
