Pervert on Bike Shocks Andover Woman on Local Path
A terrifying incident unfolded near the Andover Down roundabout on Friday, March 17. Between 3.55pm and 4.15pm, a woman in her 20s was targeted while walking along the path linking London Road to Picket Twenty.
Man on Red Mountain Bike Makes Shocking Move
The woman was strolling next to the A3093 when a man on a bike rode alongside her. He made lewd comments before indecently exposing himself. Fortunately, the quick-thinking victim managed to escape and report the shocking ordeal.

- Late 30s to early 40s
- Facial hair on chin, two missing front teeth
- Wearing black tracksuit bottoms, black sweatshirt, black cap
- Riding a red mountain bike
PC Steve Rogerson of Andover’s High Harm Team said: “This was a disturbing incident and we are keen to find out who this man is. Were you walking in this area at around this time? Did you see a man matching the description given? Or do you have any information that could help our enquiries? If so, please get in touch.”
