Missing Girl Rosie Evans-Foster: Have You Seen Her?
Thirteen-year-old Rosie Evans-Foster vanished from her Portsmouth home in Nelson around 4.30pm on Saturday, December 3. Police are growing alarmed for her safety given her age and vulnerability.
Police Issue Urgent Appeal
Rosie is described as white, approximately 5ft 7ins tall, with black hair past her shoulders and a nose piercing. She appears older than her years. When last seen, she wore a parka coat, either dark blue or white jeans, and white trainers. A photo released by police shows her with lighter hair.
