Urgent Appeal: Police Searching for Missing 76-Year-Old Kenneth Marshall in North Devon

Devon & Cornwall Police have launched an urgent search for 76-year-old Kenneth Marshall, who has been reported missing from Northam. Officers say they are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare and are asking the public for help in locating him.

Last Known Sighting & Description

Kenneth was last seen at midday on Thursday, February 6, 2025.

He is described as:

  • White male
  • Slim to average build
  • Around 5ft 8ins tall
  • Wearing a maroon/brown jumper, beanie hat, green ‘tatty, chunky coat’, and brown suede slippers

Frequent Locations & Possible Movements

Kenneth frequents Bideford Quay, Bideford town centre, and Appledore. He is also known to visit local pubs and is often seen walking or sitting around Northam.

While Kenneth is believed to be on foot, he is known to use the local bus network, raising concerns that he could have traveled further afield.

Police Urge Public to Help

A spokesperson for Devon & Cornwall Police said:

“Kenneth has now been missing for over 24 hours, and we are growing increasingly concerned for his safety. We urge anyone who may have seen him, or has any information on his whereabouts, to contact us immediately.”

How to Help

If you have seen Kenneth or have any information about his location, call 999 immediately, quoting log 138 of 7 February.

Devon & Cornwall Police are urging residents, business owners, and public transport staff to keep an eye out and check CCTV or dashcam footage if they were in the area around the time of his disappearance.
