Train lines in the Portchester area are blocked after a person was hit by a train. The incident happened earlier this afternoon between Fareham and Portsmouth. Southern Rail has said a person has been hit in the Portchester area. A South West Train statement says: “A person has been hit by a train between Fareham and Hilsea and all lines are blocked in the area. Emergency services have been called to attend this incident.
