Police Appeal After Indecent Exposure in Tunbridge Wells Park

Kent Police have issued an appeal for information following an incident of indecent exposure in Tunbridge Wells. A man reportedly committed an indecent act in front of a woman walking her dogs in Hungershall Park on 28 September 2024. The incident occurred between 4 pm and 4:15 pm in a wooded area between Cabbage Stalk Lane and The Pantiles Car Park on Eridge Road.

The suspect is described as a southern European male, aged between 25 and 40, around 5ft 10ins in height, with a slim build and no facial hair. At the time, he was wearing a plain black, tight-fitting sports jacket with a hood that was pulled up to cover his face. The jacket was zipped to his chin. He also wore dark cargo trousers with side pockets and light-coloured trainers with white soles.

Kent Police are urging anyone with information or relevant dashcam footage from the area to contact the West Kent appeals line on 01622 604100, quoting reference 46/164676/24. Officers are particularly interested in hearing from drivers who were in the vicinity around the time of the incident.

This appeal is part of an ongoing investigation to identify the suspect and ensure public safety in Tunbridge Wells.
