Police appeal for witnesses following fatal A31 collision

Police are appealing for witnesses following a fatal collision on the A31 last week. Officers were called following a collision involving a Volkswagen Polo and a pedestrian on the A31 at Poulner Hill at 9.45pm last Thursday (August 2). The pedestrian, Gregory Prince, 32, of Spring Grove Walk, Leeds, was pronounced dead at the scene. His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers. Investigations into the exact circumstances of the collision are ongoing and officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed what happened or who has any dash cam footage from that area around the time of the incident.
