Police have closed two lanes of the M3 westbound at junction 11 near Winchester following a three vehicle Collision. Lanes Two and Three of the carriage way are currently blocked. The Lanes are expected to stay closed until least just before 5pm for recovery. Traffic is building in and around the incident with reported delays back to Junction 9 Winnall. More to Follow
