Two thirteen year-old boys arrested over Hilsea Train Station Stabbing

Police have confirmed that two thirteen-year-old boys have been arrested as part of their investigation into an attack involving a couple at the Hilsea railway station where the man was stabbed in the back. A 24-year-old man and his girlfriend were followed by a group of four or five youths as they left Hilsea Train Station. The man was tripped up and fell to the ground and was punched and kicked by the youths. He was also hit in the face with a belt. The victim managed to get up and run away in the direction of Anchorage Road, however one of the youths chased him and stabbed him in the back as he reached the junction of Sywell Crescent in Anchorage Park.
