A man in his 40s died at the scene after his Renault Megane slammed into a stationary lorry on the A12 last night. The crash happened shortly after 9.20pm on Monday 6 July, between junctions 15 and 16, near Three Mile Hill and Galleywood.

Road Closed for Hours as Police Investigate

Emergency services quickly sealed off the northbound carriageway between the two junctions. The closure is expected to last several hours while forensic teams scour the scene.
