At around 8.45am today, Red Watch Abingdon sprang into action after a tree crashed down onto a car. Miraculously, the occupants managed to get out just in time. A split second later, it could have been a nightmare.
Firefighters Clear the Chaos
The brave crew secured the scene and comforted the shaken occupants. Meanwhile, the Kidlington Rescue Tender team put their specialist chainsaw skills to work, slicing the fallen tree off the vehicle and reopening the road.
