Crash Closes A21 Northbound in Kent
The A21 in Kent is shut northbound after a car smashed into the central reservation between the A228 (Pembury) and A26 (Tonbridge) junctions.
Kent Roads Policing officers are on the scene managing the chaos.
Traffic Diversion in Place
Drivers face delays and are being diverted via the Hollow Yellow Square route:
- Exit A21 northbound at Pembury Road
- At the roundabout, take the second exit onto A264 westbound
- Travel just over 2 miles to the A26 (London Road) junction
- Turn right onto the A26 northbound
- Continue 3.5 miles to the A21 Tonbridge Bypass junction
- Turn left to rejoin the A21 northbound
Commuters are urged to plan ahead and expect delays while emergency crews work to clear the scene.
