16-Year-Old Grace Fisher Missing: Second Arrest Made
Grace Fisher, 16, vanished on Friday 13 October 2023. Despite extensive police efforts, she remains missing.
Man in 20s Arrested Over Disappearance
On Thursday 2 November, officers arrested a local man in his 20s linked to the case. He is still in custody. Police say he was with Grace near Chatham Bus Station around 10:30pm on the night she disappeared. CCTV then captured them walking together in The Brook at about 11:30pm.
Investigation Intensifies
Detective Inspector Scott Relf said: “This is the second arrest we have made in connection to the investigation. A man who was previously arrested remains on bail.”
“Grace, if you are reading this, I want to encourage you to get in touch with us. We want to ensure you are safe and remind you that you are not in trouble.”

Grace sometimes goes by the names ‘Rosie’ or ‘Harmony’. She has links to Medway, Maidstone, and Camden.
