East London authorities are on high alert after 54-year-old Philip Theophilou vanished from a Homerton mental health facility on Sunday, March 31. He has not been seen since, sparking serious concerns among police and medical staff.
Last Seen Near Green Park
Theophilou was spotted around 11:25am the day he left the unit, in the Green Park area. He was dressed in a grey jumper, blue jeans, black jacket, and a black jumper underneath at the time.
Public Warning: Do Not Approach
Crucially, Theophilou is missing his prescribed medication, raising fears for his safety and the safety of others. Authorities warn anyone who spots him not to approach but to dial 999 immediately, quoting CAD 3598/31Mar.
