Warriors vs Trainees: The Ultimate Mind and Body Test
Eight everyday Brits, called Trainees, will pair up with elite fitness pros, the Warriors, to tackle brutal physical and mental challenges designed to test every limit. Hosted by Jordan North and led by powerhouse coach Paul Olima, these Warriors aren’t your average trainers:
