Four fire engines and London firefighters rushed to Premier Inn by Putney Bridge after a blaze broke out this evening.

Alarm Raised After Fire Starts in Boiler Room

Emergency services were called just after 7pm on Sunday, December 4th. Staff at the hotel raised the alarm after spotting the fire, believed to have started in the boiler room area of the complex.

Guests Evacuated, Road Closures in Place

All guests were evacuated as firefighters worked to tackle the blaze. The Met Police have set up road closures, diverting traffic away from the scene and nearby streets.

Cause Unknown, Specialists Investigate

The cause of the fire is currently unknown and remains under investigation. Specialist fire investigators are on site probing the incident, while drivers are urged to avoid the area and find alternative routes.
