Woman Seriously Injured in Minibus Crash on Brighton’s Elm Grove

Brighton police are hunting for witnesses after a woman pedestrian was badly hurt in a collision with a minibus. The crash happened on Tuesday, 16 July, around 8:55 am on Elm Grove.

Minibus Driver Unscathed as Road Reopens

The injured woman was rushed to hospital with serious injuries. Miraculously, the minibus driver escaped without a scratch. Sussex Roads Police have now cleared the scene and reopened Elm Grove to traffic in both directions following their investigation.

Police Seek Dashcam or CCTV Footage

Sergeant Stacey Ellott urged, “We would like to hear from anyone who has dashcam or CCTV footage of the collision, or from any witnesses who saw what happened.”
