Officers asking for your help to find 38-year-old Richard Hurst who is wanted on recall to prison after breaching his licence conditions. Despite extensive enquiries, they have not been able to locate Hurst who Police believe to be in York or the Kent area. He also has links to Bridlington and Leeds. If you have any information which could help officers to find him please call 101 and speak to the Force Control Room, quoting ref: 12220029032 If you see Hurst, Police strongly advise you do not approach him as he is known to be violent.
