Winter isn’t done with us yet! The Met Office warns cold snaps are back after a brief warm-up this weekend.
Slippery Roads Ahead
RAC Breakdown spokesman Rod Dennis sounds the alarm: “Wintry conditions are far from over. Drivers must stay sharp. Expect slippery roads as low overnight temperatures freeze damp surfaces affected by snow or ice from earlier this week.”
Watch for Fresh Snowfall
“Isolated upland routes could see fresh snow. Keep a close eye on the latest forecasts and heed all warnings,” Dennis adds.
Be Prepared or Be Stranded
“Make sure you start every journey equipped with a winter coat and extra layers. Pack food, drinks, a mobile phone power bank, and charging cables. Don’t risk getting caught out in the cold!”
