Last Seen: What Luchia Was Wearing
Luchia was last spotted around midday on 18 July. She has a medium build and long brown hair. At the time, she wore a navy zip-up hooded jumper, navy and pink football shorts, white Nike trainers, and carried a Nike belt bag.
Possible Links to East Croydon
Officers believe Luchia may have connections to the East Croydon area. Anyone spotting her there or elsewhere should be alert.
