Pervert Caught Trying to Upskirt Woman on Train
Police are on the hunt for a man caught openly upskirting a female passenger on a train on 28 November at around 5.10pm. The bloke was seen fiddling with his phone camera and blatantly tilting it up the woman’s skirt.
