Seaford Man Dies, Passengers Seriously Injured
The driver, a 24-year-old from Seaford, died at the scene. His passengers – a 24-year-old and a 19-year-old, also from Seaford – were hurt, with injuries ranging from serious to minor. Both were rushed to hospital.
Road Shut All Night, Investigation Underway
The A27 was shut both ways for nearly 12 hours while forensic teams scoured the scene. It has now reopened, but Sussex Police say the cause is still a mystery.
