Caravan Blaze Shakes Newhaven Corner
A caravan that’s become a familiar sight at the junction of Upper Valley Road and the A259 in Newhaven went up in flames on November 3rd.
Firefighters Race to the Scene
East Sussex Fire Service was called out just after 5:30pm to tackle the blaze. The caravan was parked right on the corner when the fire broke out.
Quick Response Puts Out Flames
One fire appliance arrived swiftly, and crews used hose reels to douse the fire and prevent it from spreading.
This caravan has been a permanent fixture at this spot for some time, making the fire all the more noticeable to locals.
