Chaos at Kentish Town as Smoke Sparks Train Cancellations

Commuters were left stranded tonight after several trains from Kentish Town station were cancelled. The disruption came as firefighters rushed to reports of smoke pouring from beneath a train carriage and the tracks.

Smoke Sparks Panic on Northern Line

London Fire Brigade scrambled multiple crews to the scene after alerts about smoke on a southbound Northern Line train. Upon arrival, firefighters spotted smoke coming from one of the carriages. The train was immediately halted and the line shut down to ensure safety.

Firefighters Use Thermal Cameras for Inspection

Fire crews are meticulously checking the affected train carriages, engine panels, and the track using thermal imaging cameras to pinpoint the source of the smoke. Authorities have yet to release a full statement on the incident.
