Shaun the Sheep Takes Over Brighton and Hove!
Get ready, Brighton and Hove! This autumn, 50 one-of-a-kind Shaun the Sheep sculptures will pop up across the city in a brand-new art trail. The exciting event is a collaboration between Martlets hospice care charity and Wild in Art, bringing you a cheeky and heartwarming spectacle.
Martlets CEO: “The Epic Adventure Begins”
“Martlets are thrilled to be working with Wild in Art for the third time to bring another spectacular art installation to Brighton & Hove. After the smash hits Snowdogs in 2016 and Snailspace in 2018, we’re incredibly excited to invite Shaun the Sheep for eight weeks this autumn.”
“Previous trails raised over £600,000, funding vital hospice care and boosting the local economy. Shaun by the Sea promises to be just as amazing!”
Sailing Into Fun and Fundraising
After tough pandemic years, the Shaun the Sheep trail arrives just when the city needs a pick-me-up. Martlets hopes this event connects families, volunteers, schools, artists, and businesses while supporting those facing terminal illness.
Claire Irving adds, “We want to bring joy and community spirit back to life. There are loads of ways to get involved, from fundraising to sponsorship — an epic chance to put your business on the map with Shaun and his trailblazing flock!”
Don’t miss this quirky art trail hitting Brighton and Hove this autumn. Shaun the Sheep is ready to steal the show and hearts alike!
