The blaze started just after midnight, destroying heaps of rubbish at the back and partially damaging the ground floor. Firefighters swiftly evacuated all occupants, rescuing them from a first-floor balcony using a short extension ladder.
Remarkably, no injuries were reported, and the fire was under control by 1:29 am.
