Massive Fire Rips Through Bolton Student Block
A huge blaze tore through the Cube university accommodation in Bradshawgate, Bolton, this evening.
Firefighters Battle Intense Flames
More than a dozen fire engines – 12 and counting – rushed to the scene in Bolton town centre. The fire raged through the student block, forcing a swift evacuation.
Students Escape, But Belongings Lost
Between 50 and 100 residents fled the building. One shocked student said they escaped the flames but left their belongings behind. Eyewitnesses reported seeing students “crying on their phones” after the evacuation.
Thankfully, no injuries have been reported so far.
