Man threatens shop staff with syringe needle

Police would like to identify this man as part of our investigation into a number of robbery reports at super markets in Portsmouth on March 6 and 7. On three occasions a man has been described as entering stores and stealing bottles of gin. When challenged by staff he has threatened them with a needle or syringe. No one has been injured. At 7pm on Wednesday 6 March a man stolen several bottles of Gordon’s gin from Morrison’s on Flathouse Road. At 9.30am on Thursday 7 March, a man stole several bottles of Vodka from Morrison’s on Flathouse Road. Between 12.30pm and 1pm on Thursday 7 March a man stole washing up tablets from Tesco Express on Kingston Road. Do you recognise him?
