Missing Woman Sparks Urgent Search in Maidenhead

Police are desperately hunting for Maria Wicks, 56, who vanished from a care home in Hurley, Maidenhead, this afternoon around 2.30pm.

Last Seen at Henley Road Care Home

Maria was spotted at the care home on Henley Road but hasn’t been seen since. Officers are extremely worried about her well-being.

What Maria Looks Like

  • White woman, medium build
  • Grey shoulder-length hair, possibly tied in a ponytail, with a short fringe
  • Wearing grey leggings, dark trainers with white soles
  • Navy blue jumper with white writing on the front
  • Dark-coloured raincoat

Police Urge Public to Help

“We are very concerned for Maria’s welfare as she requires care due to a historic injury and left without telling anyone,” said Inspector Leigh Knight from Slough police. “If you know where she is, contact 101 quoting reference 43200308133. If you spot her, call 999 immediately.”

Anyone with information is urged to come forward immediately to help bring Maria home safe.
