Norse Atlantic Airways Launches New London Gatwick to Florida Routes
Norse Atlantic Airways is expanding its US offerings with two new routes from London Gatwick to Orlando and Fort Lauderdale. Flights to Orlando kick off on 25th May 2023, with Fort Lauderdale service starting the next day, 26th May. Return fares start from a wallet-friendly £409, including taxes. These new routes add to Norse’s existing daily London to New York service that launched in August 2022.
Flight Frequencies and Fares
Orlando flights will operate four times a week during May and June, then ramp up to daily flights in peak summer. Prices start from £409 return, taxes included. Fort Lauderdale services run three times weekly in May and June, increasing to four times weekly for the rest of the summer, with fares from £410 return.
Why This Matters: More US Destinations Than Any Other Airline from Gatwick
“We are very pleased to announce two new routes from London Gatwick to the popular holiday destination of Florida. Alongside our daily New York flights, we’ll unveil even more US destinations by the end of February. Norse Atlantic UK will offer more US routes from London Gatwick than any other carrier this summer,” said Bjorn Tore Larsen, CEO of Norse Atlantic Airways.
“It’s fantastic to see Norse Atlantic add two new Florida services from London Gatwick Airport, complementing their New York route. These provide different options at budget-friendly prices,” said Stewart Wingate, CEO of Gatwick Airport. “Orlando and Fort Lauderdale are especially popular with families, so it’s great news for London and Southeast travellers ahead of the summer holidays.”
