Missing Woman Last Spotted in Dartford: Family and Police Launch Urgent Appeal
Taiwo Balogun, 53, vanished without a trace on Thursday, 1 December. While there’s no sign of foul play, she is vulnerable and may be a risk to herself. Her family and police are desperate for answers.
CCTV Footage Released to Jog Memories
Investigators confirmed Taiwo was spotted in a shop on Crayford Road, Dartford, near 1 Road junction, around 2:27pm that day. CCTV from the shop is now public. Police hope anyone nearby – on foot or driving – will recognise her or recall something that could help.
What Taiwo Was Wearing When Last Seen
- Black jacket with vertical stripes on the arms
- Dark trousers
- Black and white trainers
- Carrying an orange carrier bag
- Height: 5ft 9ins
Family Pleads for Help: “We Just Want Our Mum Back Safe”
“We are very worried about our mum. She is greatly loved and a massive part of our lives. We want nothing more than to have our mum at home with us safe and well. If anyone has seen or knows where she is, please can you make contact with the police. Any information could help find her.”
Police urge anyone driving in the area on that Thursday afternoon to check dash cam footage and local businesses to review CCTV for any sign of Taiwo.
