Police are urgently hunting for John Haynes, 73, who vanished this morning in Southampton. The pensioner, who suffers from dementia, was last spotted at 9.20am on Brookvale Road, Highfield.

Officers are increasingly concerned about John’s wellbeing. He is white, about 5ft 6ins tall, with short grey hair styled in a comb over. At the time he disappeared, John was wearing a grey polo shirt, dark blue jeans, and black trainers.
