Fatal Crash Shuts Down A282 for Hours

Kent Police are hunting for witnesses after a deadly motorcycle crash on the A282 near Dartford. The tragedy struck on Wednesday, October 30, around 2:32pm on the clockwise carriageway.

Emergency teams from Kent Police and the South East Coast Ambulance Service rushed to the scene, but sadly, the rider, a man in his 50s, was pronounced dead at the spot. His family has been informed.

Road Closed for Most of the Day

The crash shut the A282 for several hours, causing major delays. All lanes finally reopened around 11:45pm after a thorough police investigation and clear-up.
