Tragedy on A325: Man in 70s Dies in Crash Near Bucks Horn Oak
Emergency services rushed to the A325 near Bucks Horn Oak just before noon today (8 March) after a collision involving a black Mercedes-Benz E250 and a grey Seat Leon.
Casualties Extracted by Firefighters
Bordon Fire Station, joined by crews from Grayshott and Farnham, teamed up with South Central Ambulance Service and Hampshire Police to respond to the two-car smash. Firefighters had to extract casualties from the wreckage before handing them to paramedics. Despite urgent medical aid, a man in his 70s sadly died at the scene.
Road Closed Amid Police Investigation
The A325 was shut down for investigation but is expected to reopen soon. Police urge anyone who witnessed the crash or has dash-cam footage to come forward.
“We want to hear from anyone with information, especially if you have relevant dash-cam footage,” said PC David Parkinson from the Roads Policing Unit.
