Crash Closes All Lanes of M3 Northbound Near Basingstoke
Chaos on the M3 this morning as all three northbound lanes between junctions six and seven (A30) near Basingstoke shut following a serious crash.
Emergency Services Swarm Scene
Police urge drivers to avoid the area and find alternative routes while emergency crews, including an Air Ambulance, rush to the scene. The motorway is expected to remain closed until 5:15am Saturday, causing massive delays.
Traffic Nightmare Worsens with Second Incident Nearby
Hampshire Roads Policing are also handling another crash at junction 11 on the westbound carriageway. Lanes one, two, and the hard shoulder are shut. Officials warn stranded motorists to stay inside their vehicles as they work to turn traffic around safely.
