Drunk Thug Hurls Bottle at Train Guard in Shocking Attack

Just before 10:30pm on Friday 9 September, chaos erupted on a train travelling between Westbury and Bradford-on-Avon. A group of drinkers were causing a disturbance when one man verbally abused a train guard as he passed through the carriage.

Bottle Thrown at Guard – Narrow Escape

When the train pulled into Bradford-on-Avon station, the same man escalated the attack by hurling a glass bottle at the guard. The missile narrowly missed its target and smashed against the side of the train.

Police Seek Public Help to Identify Suspect

British Transport Police believe the man caught on CCTV could hold vital clues to the investigation. Anyone who recognises him or has any information is urged to get in touch immediately.
