Police have released a picture of a man they want to quiz over a string of indecent exposure incidents rocking Southsea. The flasher has sparked fear and outrage in the local community.

The shocking events unfolded over just two days in mid-September.
- 12 September, 7-7:15am: A man exposed himself twice to women in their 30s—first on Devonshire Avenue, then shortly after on St Augustine Road.
- 14 September, around 9am: Another incident on Eastern Parade involved a man exposing himself to a woman in her 40s.
Who Are Police Looking For?
Officers describe the suspect as a white man in his 40s with a tanned complexion and a slim build. He stands about 5ft 8in tall and was wearing a beanie hat during the incidents.
