Tributes Flood In from Co-Stars

Blake Foster, who starred alongside Frank in Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie (1997), expressed heartache online:

“Can’t believe this … Cried all night. Heartbroken yet again. One my hero, our leader, my friend and an icon. Life really sucks man.”

Tragic End and Survived by Four Children

According to his representative Justine Hunt, Frank died in Texas. TMZ reported the death as suicide. He leaves behind four children, a legacy of a beloved hero both on and off screen.
