A boy (16) from Vietnam was in a life-threatening condition when found in a suitcase in the boot of a car at the Port of Dover 8:30pm Wednesday. Andrei Iancu (20) from Romania is accused of attempting to smuggle a person into the UK. The boy’s condition has since improved.
