Massive Blaze Hits Chiswick Renovation Project
A roaring fire tore through a house under renovation in Chiswick, west London, sparking a massive emergency response.
Eight Fire Engines and 60 Firefighters Battled the Flames
London Fire Brigade rushed to the Park Road property at around 4.30pm on Thursday. The entire roof and first floor were engulfed in flames.
“Fire crews from Chiswick and surrounding fire stations responded,” the Brigade confirmed, deploying eight fire engines and roughly 60 firefighters to the scene.
Neighbouring Property Also Damaged
The blaze didn’t stop at one house — part of the adjacent roof suffered fire damage too. After intense efforts, the fire was finally extinguished by 7.46pm.
Cause of Fire Under Investigation
Officials are now probing how the fire started, as residents and neighbours survey the wreckage of what was meant to be a home makeover.
