Teenagers Jaw Broken following Bournemouth Attack

Detectives investigating an assault in Bournemouth are issuing CCTV images of the suspect. The incident happened at approximately 3.25am on Saturday 7 April 2018 on Old Christchurch Road. The victim – a 16-year-old local boy – was standing near to McDonald’s when he was approached by a man and punched to the face. He sustained a broken jaw and was taken to hospital for treatment for his injuries. Detective Constable Honor Mcadam, of Bournemouth CID, said: “We are continuing to investigate this incident and I am now in a position to release CCTV images of the suspect. “I am appealing to anyone who recognises him or who has any information as to his identity, to contact police. “I am also still keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the altercation, who has not already spoken to us.” Anyone with information is asked to contact Dorset Police at www.dorset.police.uk, via email [email protected] or by calling 101, quoting occurrence number 55180051357.
