Police are urgently seeking a key witness after a terrifying attempted knifepoint robbery in Reading. Two men on e-bikes tried to snatch another rider’s bike at knife-point on Pell Street near Elgar Road at around 11.30pm on Saturday 4 April.

Suspects Described as Arabian Males

  • One suspect: slim build, 5ft 8-10ins tall, short dark hair, black tracksuit with hood up
  • The second: slim build, about 5ft 7ins, short hair with a brown moustache, olive top under blue zipped puffer jacket, black trousers

The victim, a man in his twenties, swindon/">suffered minor injuries but managed to keep hold of his bike. No ages have been released for the suspects.

Witness Spotted on CCTV Yet to Come Forward
