Tragic M4 Crash Claims Life of Slough Biker

Thames Valley Police are hunting witnesses after a fatal smash on the M4.

The horror unfolded at 3.07pm on Friday (7 May) when a black Honda motorcycle collided with a grey Land Rover Discovery. The crash happened westbound between junctions five and six.

Biker Pronounced Dead at Scene

Tragically, the motorcycle rider – a man in his forties from Slough – was pronounced dead on the spot. His family have been informed and are receiving support from specially trained officers.

Thankfully, no one else was hurt in the collision, and police have made no arrests.

Police Appeal for Witnesses and Dash-Cam Footage

“We are investigating this incident in which sadly a man has died, our thoughts remain with his family at this difficult time,” said PC Roslyn Bonney of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit.

Officers urge anyone who saw the crash or has dash-cam footage to call 101 quoting reference 43210195752. The public is also thanked for their patience during the investigation.
