The A21 closure means traffic is being diverted onto local roads. Journey times are set to increase significantly.
How to Navigate the Diversions
- Southbound drivers: Leave the A21 at B2089 Park Lane. Head east towards Cripps Corner. Continue on B2089 to the A28 junction at Broad Oak Brede, then west along the A28 to Hastings. Rejoin the A21 at Ebdens Hill.
- Northbound drivers: Leave the A21 at Ebdens Hill and follow the A28. Retrace the southbound diversion in reverse to get back on the A21.
Follow the hollow circle signs southbound and the hollow square signs northbound for the detours. Plan extra time and drive carefully.
