Woman Left with Broken Leg After Shocking Crawley Road Rage

A 34-year-old woman was left battered with a broken leg and other injuries following a terrifying road rage incident in Crawley.

Hit and Run Horror in Waterfield Gardens

The victim was driving on the evening of Friday, 11 September, between 7pm and 7.30pm when she stopped to confront a driver in a Mitsubishi 4×4. She felt he had been driving aggressively in Waterfield Gardens.

As she approached to speak with him, the driver reversed, smashing into her before speeding off. She suffered a broken thumb, cuts, bruises, and a broken leg.

Police Hunt Witnesses to Violent Incident

Detective Constable Sam Jedrzejewska said: “The victim has suffered some serious injuries and we are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or has any information about it.”
