Two arrested carrying knives after man is robbed at Gunpoint in Hackney
A man was robbed at gun point in the Mare Street area, of Hackney in the early hours of this morning. Quick thinking council cctv workers watched the armed robbery take place keeping cool they alerted the police who sent armed officers to carry out and area search. Two men have since been detained both where found to be carrying weapons. It is understood that the pair stopped had two large knives and the robbery victims mobile phone that was stolen moment before.
