Urgent Appeal to Find Missing Cardiff Teenager
South Wales Police are desperately searching for a missing 15-year-old girl from Cardiff.
Last Seen in Penylan
Hannah vanished at around 5.40pm on Sunday, April 13, in the Penylan area. Officers say they are increasingly worried about her safety.
What She Was Wearing
Hannah was last seen wearing white high-top Nike trainers, a blue hoodie, and a black North Face coat.

Police urge anyone with info to come forward immediately. A spokesperson said:
