Spitting Suspect Flees Scene on Cornford Lane

A shocking road rage incident unfolded around 1.10pm on Saturday, 15 November 2025, on Cornford Lane, Tunbridge Wells. A man driving a light-coloured car — believed to be a Vauxhall Corsa — allegedly hurled verbal abuse and spat at a woman driving in the opposite direction towards Pembury.

Before the attack, the suspect had reportedly been aggressive towards other drivers, causing alarm on the road.

Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward

Kent Police are urgently searching for witnesses and any dashcam or CCTV footage that might shed light on this brazen attack.

Officers clarified that the woman was the driver of the targeted vehicle, not a passenger as initially reported.

“We have reviewed the report and can confirm the woman was an occupant of the vehicle,” Kent Police said.
