Disaster Near Didim: 5 Dead, 11 Rescued
The Turkish coastguard reported the incident near Didim in Aydin province. A video released shows refugees clinging to a grey inflatable boat, struggling against fierce waves. Of the 31 people onboard, 11 were rescued by authorities, five perished, and five miraculously reached the Greek island of Farmakonisi.
